Irenic

Irenic is an anthology that reflects and tackles the downsides of mental health whilst simultaneously providing motivation and zeal to help dealing with anxiety, depression and overcoming darkness. There are 30 poems in total. 15 that represent the dark side and 15 that represent the 'light'. This further creates an artistic and metaphorical narration between dystopian surrealism and euphoric bliss. This anthology is rooted from the mindset of a darkling that believes it cannot morph into something optimistic again. An anthology that provides the best and worst of both worlds. A contrast between light and dark.
