L'Arrabiata and Other Tales

Heyse was a gifted Nineteenth-century German writer with a facility for expression and the use of words that add immense enjoyment to the reading of his work. The first story, L'Arrabiata - The Fury - is quite well-known and is set in Italy near Naples. It gives a good example of his ability to create word pictures.
