Motive, Method, Opportunity

This booklet attempts to confront the following question: why, when Christians today have better access to information than at any time in history, do so many seem to be turning away from serious Bible Study?

 

· Is this because they feel it has nothing to offer?

· Or because they do not know how to go about it?

· Or is it because they simply do not have time?

 

This booklet is focussed upon those who already have some familiarity with the Scriptures, and who would like to take it further, but find themselves confronted by obstacles that they do not know how to overcome.

 

What the author suggests is an approach that might kindle a spark of genuine enthusiasm for discovery, and that this motivation may lead to a more individual method for working out what is going on between the covers of the Book that many love to read but relatively few seem to study.
