People v. Christian

After hearing testimony and argument on defendants motion to suppress physical evidence and identification testimony this court orally set forth its findings of fact and conclusions of law and denied defendants motions. Now defendant moves to reargue the motion, in essence taking issue with this courts application of decisional law to the facts of this case. The People oppose defendants motion and urge this court to adhere to its original decision.
