Raised by the Sisters of Charity at St. Mary's Orphans Asylum, Abigail Miller learned to live a godly life in the service of others. But when the day comes that she must leave the comfort of the only place she's ever called home and make her own way in life, Abigail learns the depth of her faith in God and the power of love and forgiveness. The last thing Weston Harper wants to do on his time off is spend it minding his father's market. The only bright spot is the new clerk - the lovely and unassuming Miss Miller. All of the careful laid plans Weston had for his life are overturned by his growing love for Abigail. Both a jilted admirer and the storm of a lifetime conspire against the couple and threatens to tear them apart forever.
