Publisher Description

STEWART, Justice: The defendant, Michael Patrick Moore, appeals from his conviction of two counts of criminal homicide, murder in the first degree, for which he was sentenced to a life sentence on each count. He argues two points on appeal: that the trial court erred in not suppressing his confession which he contends was taken in violation of Miranda v. Arizona, 384 U.S. 436 (1966), and that the trial court erred is not dispensing with the death qualification questions on the voir dire of the jury. We affirm.
