The troubles in the closing down of a church, turning it into housing development and the bishop and vicar’s wife in carnal pursuits and the hidden holy grail, Achilles and the rest of the Greeks are a rugby team who are permanently drunk, and a respite as an interlude, a girl who takes up weightlifting to gain a boyfriend and takes too many steroids which does dreadful things to her private parts, but pragmatism reigns as it always does, for every down turn there is an upturn as in the Iliad, hence Helen goes back with Menelaus.
