Plaintiffs commenced this action to recover first-party no-fault benefits for medical services rendered to their assignor, pursuant to Insurance Law § 5101 et. seq., as well as statutory interest and attorney's fees. Thereafter, plaintiffs moved for summary judgment on their claims in the amount of $14,628.06, on the ground that defendant failed to pay or to deny their claims within the statutory 30-day period as required by Insurance Law section 5106 [a] ( Amaze Med.
