Works for me!
I'm an air ambulance pilot & as a result of the type of work I do & the everchanging sleep patterns I'm subject to, I've had problems with getting to sleep. I've found this product awesome for relaxing me & assisting with getting to sleep. It's natural, non-invasive & doesn't involve drugs. Works for me!
Finally able to fall asleep!
I've been struggling with falling asleep for years (ADHD) and the first time I listened to this, I fell asleep before it even finished. I've never heard the end of this audiobook. I always fall asleep before the end :-) I would recommend this to anyone who struggles with falling asleep!
Not a miracle worker but pretty decent
Basically guided relaxation, kind of like they do in some yoga classes. Talks you through slowing down your breath and consciously relaxing every part of your body. This won't work miracles: I've tried listening to it in the middle of the day when i'm just not sleepy, and it doesn't make me fall sleep at all, although it does relax me. But if I'm already feeling a little sleepy, and it's the appropriate time according to my body clock to go to bed, this does speed up the process by relaxing me faster than lying in bed staring at the ceiling would.
