Murder at Gettysburg

Popular author Jim Walker packs his Mysteries in Time series with romance, adventure, and the encompassing power of God’s love. In Murder at Gettysburg, a Mennonite schoolteacher seeks justice for one man’s death, while the chaos and brutality of the Civil War swirl around her.

Twenty-six-year-old April Wolff doesn’t fit in with her Pennsylvania neighbors: she would rather teach women and slaves than get married. So when her pacifist father is found murdered in cold blood, and a Confederate general is seen leaving the scene, she vows to find the killer herself. As April’s search leads her through enemy camps, she survives attempts on her own life—and discovers help and love where she least expects them.
