1000 Years in Brighton

The first in a series of short stories: The year is 3098 and the surface of Earth still an uninhabitable hell of heat and desolation. What is left of mankind has been sequestered in a remote protective structure called Brighton for 40 generations. Their Sentient Artificially Intelligent Computer believes that the time has finally arrived to heal the planet's biosphere. 150 citizens of Brighton have been chosen to jump start the planet's healing process and return life to the planet.
