They soon recruit medical examiner Claire Washburn and assistant D.A. Jill Bernhardt in their quest to catch a savage serial killer. Thriller veteran James Patterson grounds the mounting suspense with engaging subplots, including a rare blood condition and the possibility of new romance for Lindsay. Patterson keeps the twists coming right until the end, while interspersing chilling accounts from the murderer’s point of view.

Gripping murder
Fast paced, easy to read story line
1st To Die
A great read, a real page turner. I found myself picking up to read at all hours of the day. I look forward to reading more in the series.
