Roy Lannigan works for the powerful Varcon Pharma corporation. Varcon workers are required to be "medicated" at all times, by law. Roy discovers the rumors about Varcon having secret research vans is true, and when his pet is stolen, he is changed forever. He begins plotting revenge on Varcon. Working secretly, and committing the crime of learning in his free time, Roy takes any chance necessary.
