Ultimately, however, the rebellion is betrayed, and the farm ends up in a state as bad as it was before, under the dictatorship of a pig named Napoleon.

This should be required reading in schools. It provides an insight into the subtlety and clever deception that social changes can lead people to enslave themselves while believing they are emancipated
