Anne Hereford

Anne Hereford is an eleven-year-old orphan from a good family. She is sent by train to live with a governess, her Aunt Selina. Her stay is a short one, however, due to tragic events. She is soon sent to live with another relative and a boarding school in quick succession. Due to a missing will, like stolen or destroyed, she must earn a living as a governess. She finds a companion in a former school mate and soon finds herself at Chandos in England. Chandos is a place of family secrets, rumors of ghosts, romance and murder.
