Beachcomber

Susan is new to the detective's chair. She is trying to make her own way on the force while trying not to get caught in her father's shadow. Luke is assigned to partner the newbie and he finds the girl is too lovely to be around. They catch a case and are helping the FBI solve a killer who has been working for over ten years.
