Being Competitive without Losing Compassion

It says that no man is an island and that we live in this world together, with other people. It is part of the human nature to make ourselves, as much as possible, on a higher notch with others. We all face competitions in any different forms. We have learned to compete for the sake of our goals, dreams or some other personal reasons. I came up with this book entitled Being competitive without losing compassion,because I realized, from my experiences, some people tend to be insensitive with others just to get ahead of them. God said in Mark 12:31“Love others as yourself..” there’s nothing wrong to be competitive but God clearly instructs us in Philippians 2:3-4 to “consider others better than yourselves”. This book inspired me to strive harder and aim higher; and to encourage people as an inspiration in achieving their dreams without stepping on someone.
