Building Foundations - Arabic Tajweed 1

After years of teaching Qur'an and Tajweed, we at Keen on Deen felt that most books and curriculums, although good, lacked in some areas, such as giving students the chance to really familiarise themselves with the alphabet and sounds of the Arabic language before diving into the realms of Tajweed rules and characteristics of the letters themselves.

This is where the 'Building Foundations' series comes in. We felt there is a need for a system that eases the student into the more difficult parts of the science, rather than throwing them in the deep end with very little knowledge of the letters.

On top of this we have included basic Islamic studies lessons on Allah's names, Islamic manners, and a selection of du'aas to benefit them not only in learning to read Qur'an but also in their other daily affairs. We have 3 more volumes progressing to higher levels of Tajweed.
