Carty the Shopping Cart is a happy shopping cart who loves to help customers shop and carry their items. During Christmastime, the store is very busy with customers, and Carty and Friends find it hard to keep up! Carty has an idea to help the store and sends a letter to Santa in the North pole. Carty and friends end up with a surprise visit. Will the store get more cart friends for Christmas?

About the Author



Joseph and Adela are usually out collecting abandoned shopping carts. Like Joseph’s father, he is drawn to the service business and loves to provide the community a service. Writing a Children’s book about a shopping cart, giving it life, has been an idea for many years. Carty was named by their daughter, Adela Marie, as they would often have focus sessions on ideas for the Children’s book. She is now 11 years old and contributes many ideas for future Carty Books. Having three boys, one girl, and three grandchildren, Joseph and Adela stay busy and enjoy being part of their lives as they grow up.
