Cassie is very excited to spend her birthday at her grandparents' home. When she opens a big box and finds a new purple hat inside, she is thrilled when it fits perfectly!
Cassie wears her new birthday hat everywhere-to school, to piano lessons, on shopping trips with her mom, and even to bed. But one morning, as she dresses for Sunday school, Cassie realizes her hat is missing. She must have left it at Race City, but how will she ever get it back?
