Andy Rickman has it all in his pocket. With his mother absent for most of the time he is free to drink and take pills all day long, selling them on the side for a hefty profit.
Everything is going swell, that is, until an old witch moves in next door. The thing is about this is... Well... People are sort of going crazy and doing silly things like killing each other.
