Every year at this time hundreds of thousands of coaches are getting ready to start training camp for their local Pop Warner or youth football team It doesn't matter if you're coaching tackle or flag football since many organizations have a player draft. If you do not know what you're doing, or go into the draft unorganized, you will get eaten alive. Youth football drafts can be brutal and let's face it, the draft is the single most important event you will have this year. Make no mistake, it all starts with talent.
