Day by Day with David

Tommie McBrayer is a child of God who has learned throughout her nearly eighty years of living that God is always faithful, and she can depend on him in every circumstance. More than forty years ago, she began a study of David’s life; she’s encouraged and uplifted when reading about the way David responded to God’s leadership and always praised him, even in the most dangerous and difficult times.

In Day by Day with David, McBrayer offers a thirty-one-day devotional study about David, the man after God’s own heart. She shows this great king as a type of Christ in the Old Testament and offers insight into how his life is relevant for Christians today.

A study of I and II Samuel and part of Psalms, Day by Day with David describes a great king who was not perfect, but still lived in a way that glorified God.
