Dear Small Church Pastor

Dear Pastor Small Church is not a how-to manual for growing a large thriving church, it is not ministry suggestions or a list of new ideas, however, it is a collection of heart-felt written letters to pastors of small towns and small churches who have been discouraged and have felt the earth under their feet let loose. These letters to encourage, lift up and hopefully give pastors a much-needed reminder of their call to obedience.


Pastoring in small church or in a small town takes a big heart and big courage with the ability to not take things personal and to pursue the high calling of God.


My suggestion for reading this book. Do not read this book like a novel, or any other chapter book you have ever read. Simply read it like a letter that arrived in your mailbox today! Read one letter per day or one letter per week and realize the person sending this letter is your friend and co-laborer and has received many small-church battle scars too.
