Ann Mercer’s first prerogative under the command of the bugs is to spread the infestation throughout the military, infest as many as she can and take over. However, the bugs are not in control anymore, and now only her wishes rule her.

Captive on the battlecruiser Andromeda-01, she faces more than a thousand marines, an unaccounted total of private soldiers, and John. She sets up the task to take over. Not for the bugs this time, but for a new and better humanity.
