FORKS: A QUEST FOR CULTURE, CUISINE, AND CONNECTION, the digital series, is a collection of thirty-five ebooks-one for each of the countries Allan explored during his three-year journey. This is a story from the Syria, the 34th country he traveled. The ebooks are collected from the hardcover coffee-table book. Each ebook features a story from that country, a dozen or more photos, and a unique local recipe. Plus, each ebook includes enhanced content, sometimes a video, slide show, or personal narrative from the author. Much of this content has never been seen before and is only available in the digital series of FORKS.
