Sometimes in our lives we often try to reduce temptation by thinking about how we can structure our environment so as to reduce the temptations that comes to derail our progress in life. But when we take a good look at the life of Job, we see that staying away from the din and gossip of people can only cause fear, which is really False Evidence Appearing Real that often try to lead us to doubt God. From Job’s experiences we see how we need a power outside and beyond ourselves to restore us to the likeness of God. His life story is relevant for everyone of us in the world today as we journey through life. We need to lay hold upon God in our heart by faith, as it is only through the cooperation with the Holy Spirit that we can have the strength and power to become efficient workers for God in these difficult times we are living today.
