Here to Help

A man that claims to be from an advanced-technological civilization thousands of light years away appears at a meeting of the UN and states that he has come to Earth to solve our problems. He has to convince the delegates that he is what he says he is and his attempts to prove this and to help the people of Earth does not have desired outcome.
