A relief

It was like this book was written just for me! It’s a wonderful easy, funny yet thorough and professional book about how social anxiety happens and what it means in everyday life.
I’ve suffered from ‘shyness’ and social avoidance all my life but until recently (in my forties) it never had a name. What a relief to find this book, to realise I am normal and I now have a book of tools to nudge me in the right direction. Now to go read it again!
