Transformative Coaching, simply put, has transformed my life.

The first time I met Michael Neill in London in May 2009, I was so unsure of where I was, I was convinced I had reached the edge of the stage during the exercise we did together.  The ‘known’ and the security I was convinced came with it had somehow run out for me.  The only thing I was certain of in that moment was that I was about to fall.  When I opened my eyes, I was shocked to discover I could not have been more centre stage – and therefore safe - if I had tried.  

What I have come to understand since then is that not knowing what is next is nothing to be afraid of.  Exactly the opposite in fact as this is where creativity lives.
