Europe 1944

WWII has the allies advancing on Germany and the German army is in retreat. Meanwhile, a secret group of German scientists build an aircraft that is faster than a jet and able to fly outside the Earth’s atmosphere. Then they disappear and no one knows what happened to them. Then in present day America, an engineer stumbles upon a reference to a diary and some journals belonging to the top German scientist that may contain a clue as to how the aircraft was powered and what had happened to the German scientists. But powerful forces also learn of the diary and journals and the race to find them is on with the winner getting information that will allow them to travel to other planets.

And the loser may end up dead.
