Follow young Nora Murphy as she struggles to build a life for her self and her baby and experience the ups and downs of a single mother in old Ireland.
After a shock pregnancy and unable to seek the support from her alcoholic mother she finds herself alone, with every door slammed in her face. She’s no longer welcome at home, at school, or at her job in the lavender fields.
