Let's Go to Tohoku! 東北へ行こう‪!‬

Our school is teaching English through Skype to elementary school students in Tohoku after the Great Tohoku Earthquake in 2011. After several years of meeting only online, we traveled to see the students whom we have been teaching and meet local people. We hope you can visit Tohoku with us, and that perhaps some day you can go there in person! 

 

私たちの学校では2011年の東北の震災後から東北バーチャル・イングリッシュ・クラス (TVEC) という活動を通して、スカイプを使って東北の小学生たちに英語を教えています。スクリーンの中でしか会ったことのない東北の小学生や地元の方々に会うために、今回初めて岩手県に行きました。これを読んで私たちと一緒に東北での数日間を体験して頂き、いつか実際に東北に行ってもらえたら嬉しいです。
