Life On The Moon Tehra

Earth scientists have recently established communications with the moon Tehra, also known as Titan, of the Planet Saturn. Visitations are scheduled for inhabitants of both worlds to meet with each other. Both worlds have learned much form each other. There are certain precautions needed before the visits can take place.
