Limitations

This is a true and factual accounting of a fourteen year, roller coaster, judicial corruption investigation initiated by an allegation, that was timely supported by a judicial decision, that could have dismissed the charges against the five defendants. The author includes numerous unrelated investigative reflections that occurred both before and during that period of time. There is a loose, but imaginable, nexus between the corruption investigation and the referenced experiences.
