Mental illness is part of the fabric of human life - it touches many members of society. In our contemporary world, 'madness' is usually accompanied by fear, misunderstanding, and stigma. The feature film The Insatiable Moon is a tale of madness and magic which invites audiences into confrontation with so-called 'lunacy'. This book is designed to complement that movie, by inviting discussion on the important issues of stigma and discrimination in our dealing with mental illness and those who exhibit it.
