This digital Geography text book is designed for Year 9 students in the Middle School, with the focus on biomes and food security. There is a significant coverage of the different types of terrestrial biomes where students are provided with an introduction to the geophysical and climatic features, ecosystems and living things, as well as ways people have altered them for food production and other purposes, It complies with the requirements of the new National Curriculum, emphasizing the two main strands (Knowledge and Understanding; Inquiry and Skills) whilst addressing the cross curriculum priorities.


The book offers students and teachers a range of interesting geographical topics whilst using 21st Century learning experiences.
