Once, there was love

In 1890’s upstate New York, fate brings together two young souls. Runny, a nineteen year old thief, and Lisa, an eighteen year old girl who is paralyzed from neck down. Runny meets Lisa in an abandoned house for the first time trying to escape from police after he steals a rich man’s wallet. Soon, men come looking for him at the house. Thinking Lisa as part of the gang they grab everyone and take them to  man named William Turit, the same man who’s wallet Runny stole. William punishes Runny by ordering him to work at his shop and paying him back the full sum that was stolen. While Runny goes to work at the shop, Lisa befriends the housekeeper, Missus Gladis, who tells her about William's past.

William lost his wife Fiana in a tragic incident, but till this day he still feels her presence, and her love. Same love that he now sees in Runny and Lisa. But when William realizes that their love is about to share the same fate as him and his wife, his rage becomes the guiding force into destroying the evil that threatens two young souls and their beautiful bond.
