In this caffeinated story the landscape architect CJ is in Egypt, Vienna, the Jungfrau Region of the Swiss Alps, Istanbul, Bahrain, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates. CJ's professional career flip flops—a combination of his own problematic choices and the capricious nature of international landscape architecture work in the Middle East and North Africa. 

During a fateful Egyptian Sahara walkabout, CJ encounters a subtle yet aggressive landscape that erases both his personal life and professional career. He amazingly recovers his personal life by re-marrying in the Jungfrau Region of Switzerland. Then with the help of a good friend, he reclaims his professional career with new projects in Istanbul and along the edges of the Arabian Peninsula deserts. But in the end, his personal life is once again shattered.
