RNA-Seq Analyses Using HPC

The current tutorial provides a complete set of skills for RNA-seq analyses. It is designed for bench scientists without prior or limited experience in RNA-seq analyses. The pipeline introduced is based on established and popular software or packages. The bench scientists may quickly become proficient in RNA-seq analysis and no longer need the support of professional bioinformatician. With the novices in mind, the very basic Linux commands and the HPC skills are introduced in the context of RNA-seq analyses. This tutorial introduces the optimized procedures so that one can complete analyses in less than one day for a typical RNA-seq project of most labs.
