Scorpion Grass

Scorpion Grass takes the reader into a world not only led by women, but one devoid of men. After the Shift and the fall of the patriarchy, an idyllic matriarchy emerged. Policing, violent crime, and food insecurity are all things of the past. However, this illusion of perfection is shattered when a domestic murder occurs, the first since the end of men.

Jorie, an elite psychologist, is tasked with reforming the murderer. She is faced with a harrowing journey filled with questions and dichotomies, causing her to question everything she knows to be true.

Scorpion Grass is the first book in The Shift series.
