Shadow of the Great Depression

The Depression of 1929-1939 was the greatest depression the Industrialized world has ever experienced. Those of us who grew up in it's shadow were constantly reminded of it's affect on peoples lives. These memoirs attempt to describe the impact as experienced by a young boy growing to manhood.
