Another gripping book in this suspenseful series.
I'm really enjoying this series by Amanda Siegrist, and this installment was no exception. This time the story centers around Seth and the new deputy in town, Pepper. I was engaged from the very beginning, and found the last third of the book very gripping waiting to see what would happen next. I enjoy that while each book in the series could be read as a standalone, they are also interconnected, each book piecing more of the overarching puzzle together, and I'm already looking forward to the next one.
