The Beautiful Flowers of Huddersfield

The Beautiful Flowers of Huddersfield is a fairy tale about the friendship that forms between a little girl named Ersey Sparkle, who wears flowers on her feet instead of shoes, and a bratty fairy who has no wings. Because the fairy cannot fly, she wears boots—or “boats” as she calls them—to help her keep up with the other fairies. Her enemy is the gruesome bug, Admiral Maraudertweet (who stole her wings) and his army of buggy thugs, whom both girls will battle. This little girl odd couple and their exciting adventures shows how each girl flourishes in ways unique to herself, with thanks to the other.
