The Gasoline Chronicles

This is a Chronicle of automobiles as they shape and are shaped by our society, and as they shape and are shaped by my family, and by me in particular. You will read lots of very funny stories about the peculiarities of men and how their female friends and relatives react to all this. The story includes detailed descriptions of the restoration of a 1979 Trans Am 6.6, building a Cobra Replica and design and from-scratch creation of a completely original high-performance convertible (open/T-Top gullwing) roadster. The book is supported by over 100 color photographs, referenced in the text, to be viewed on any computer during the reading experience. Detailed photos will be of particular interest to anyone building or restoring cars of any kind.
