Looking to get away from the daily grind, Owen Ridgeway buys a house, sight unseen, in a quirky little town nestled in the woods of Northern Minnesota. When he gets there, he discovers he'd bought more than he realized: town lore says his house is haunted. Soon enough, he understands why.

Savannah Keane is a town native, the last in a long matrilineal line of women known, and celebrated, as the town witches. She stopped believing in magic long ago, but she can't shake the family legacy. When the handsome newcomer seeks out her witchy services, it's curiosity, not belief, that compels her to help him.
