The Prometheus Project

My mom and dad were research scientists working on the DNA Genome Project when she found out she was pregnant with me and that I had a rare fatal genetic defect. So, she tweaked my genes a tiny bit---with stuff she found on an archaeological site supposed to be from aliens. Her boss found out. Their lab exploded taking everyone with it. Except me. I grew up in an orphanage and learned to climb to escape the bullies. Was accepted to collage at the age of 15. Turns out my DNA is more than just 'a little bit different'. My parents boss wants me more than their research. Turns out, I am their research.
