Publisher Description
Thomas DeBrizzi was a Gambino caporegime who was murdered after refusing three separate imperatives to meet with other syndicate associates at the Ravenite Social Club in New York City. Federal reports indicate DeBrizzi was heavily immersed in the carnival business. At the time he went missing, in February 1988, he was basically retired. A high ranking Gambino operative, DeBrizzi controlled Gambino crime activities in the state of Connecticut. In 1982 the mobster was sentenced to one and a half years in prison for obstruction of justice.
