Toni

The book is set in 1990 Melbourne; Macca is a 28-yr-old IT professional with an ambition to get experience working in Canada before moving into Project Management. There was something about bar assistant Toni; both the girls looked good, but there was a dark side to Toni that attracted him... she had a small bust, narrow boyish hips, dark blue eyes and thick, short, spiky black hair. The full dark red lips looked out of place in the pale hard face; she looked like she could hurt you and enjoy your pain.

As their relationship develops, Macca meets Toni's Italian mother and the two other 40-something models she shares a house with including the dangerous and tempestuous Catarina who seeks revenge for the event that ocurred in Toni's dark past.
