It’s been twenty years since Sam Taggart and his high school best friend, Joe Dancy, got caught breaking into his father’s store in their hometown of Rexford, Kansas. Joe went to juvenile detention. Sam's old man and a friendly cop railroaded Sam into state prison. Now Joe and Sam have come back to town. Joe stole fifty grand from the Kansas City mob. He just wants to hide out until the heat’s off. Sam’s the guy who’s supposed to get the money back.
